       It has a disc shape with sticky, orange-yellow, brine-washed rind. Bishop Kennedy is smooth and velvety, with a spicy finish. When the cheese is mature, it almost runs & virtually hums with flavor.
·         Quark(German)
        Traditional, creamery, vegetarian, fresh cheese made from cow's milk. It is moist, white cheese sold in pots. It has a light taste and a smooth and soft texture.

·         Asiago(Italian)
Asiago is a semi-soft in texture and very mild in flavor. Works well for a mild table or melting cheese or for use in sandwiches.
·         Seal Bay(Australian)
        A rich, creamy triple cream cheese made from cream enriched milk. The cheese is enveloped by a bloom of white mould which continues to develop during maturation adding to the flavour of the cheese. It has a rich golden centre with a buttery, slightly nutty flavour.
·         Emmental(Swiss)
    The aroma is sweet with tones of fresh-cut hay. The flavour is very fruity, not without a tone of acidity. Emmental has walnut-sized holes. It is considered to be one of the most difficult cheeses to be produced because of it's complicated hole-forming fermentation process. The cheese tastes delicious with a glass of wine.

Food-poisonings Bacteria
           Foodborne illness is caused by eating or drinking food that contains disease causing agents. The most common causes of foodborne diseases are bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Foods containing toxic chemicals can cause foodborne diseases as well. The easiest way to prevent foodborne illness is to properly handle and cook foods. This includes washing your hands and utensils carefully and cooking meat thoroughly.
